You have to outfoxx the foxes mentally I agree. Physical fitness plays a vital part too I agree although you can never judge a book by the cover….I have seen the biggest blokes piss off and the smallest get right in there, speed and agility where you need it most…having said that, Australian Correctional facilities are smaller and less populated compared to USA…you lot are NUTS!!!

I had an inmate tell me he was going to bend me over and f#$% me….I smiled, did not miss a beat and told him I was going to cut off his little fella with a jagged piece of glass…all with a smile of course…BTW…I work as a nurse in correctional health, not an officer, we cop it too but are so thick skinned…

They are privatising the jails here in Australia…money money money to be made from all the industries…does not matter the compromise it has had on the security, the rich are making money from inmates working for peanuts…
