New Hire I am currently taking a corrections course in college and from these posts it sounds like there is something unique to the correctional facility culture. You have to be tough, yet professional. Vasilisa, I am glad everything worked out and you got the job. Once you were on the inside, you were able to learn more about your co-workers, which can mean better understanding and better communication. |
