Topic: Everything Education / Inmate Orientation Video?

I am currently looking at developing an inmate orientation video for my facility. Any tips or resources that anyone can suggest?
I have been tasked in scripting a 12 minute video.
Any help from anyone that has some experience w/ this would be greatly appreciated.
