Topic: Everything Education / just applied?

I just applied with the local jail in WI. and have a concern about 5 years ago I got a disordely conduct fine. This was only a city ordinance violation not a misdemeanor or felony. I asked the HR person and they said it wont matter. but does this sort of thing matter in other areas such as the BOP and ect?
