Topic: Everything Education / Intranet-based training

I’d like any advice from other agencies in regard to Intranet-based training. I’m starting an online in service in our agency and am wondering what other agencies offer online (via their intranet) and what software/programs they use to create these classes. Any materials or suggestions would be appreciated!
