Article: December 17, 2012 BIRMINGHAM, AL – NaphCare, Inc., a Birmingham, AL based independent provider of comprehensive correctional healthcare and corrections-based technology services, was re-awarded a (5) five-year contract to provide correctional dialysis services with the New York Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (NYDOCCS) effective January 1, 2013. The contract includes services at two facilities: Wende Correctional Facility located in Alden, NY, and Fishkill Correctional facility located in Beacon, NY. In total, NaphCare has been a partner with the NYDOCCS for nearly 20 years. Each partnership began with the start of each facility; Fishkill in 1995 and Wende in 2000.
